Screens use RGB (Red, Green, Blue) light which can make colors appear extra bright or neon. Printers use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) inks with a more limited range. Some colors you see on screen may appear darker or less vivid when printed.

How do I get 15% off my first order?+
Enter code STORY15 at checkout to get 15% off your first order. Valid for all collection products. One use per customer.
What is the minimum order for bulk production?+
Our minimum for bulk and business orders is 10 pieces. For custom single pieces, there is no minimum — you can order from 1 piece.
How long does production take?+
Standard production takes 5–10 business days from design approval. Rush orders may be available — contact us for details.
What printing methods do you offer?+
We offer DTF printing for detailed full-color designs and embroidery for a premium textured finish. We'll recommend the best method for your design — free of charge.
Do you ship outside Finland?+
Yes, we ship across the entire European Union. Free shipping within Finland on orders over €100. EU shipping: 5–10 business days.
What is your return policy?+
Collection items can be returned within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom orders are final sale — they are made specifically for you.
Can I see a mockup before production?+
Always. We create a digital mockup for your approval before starting any production. You only confirm — and pay — after you're 100% satisfied.
How do I place a custom order?+
