Terms & Conditions

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through northecho.fi, operated by NorthEcho, based in Helsinki, Finland.

2. Orders & Payment
All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. Orders are confirmed via email after payment is received.

3. Custom Orders
Custom printed products are made to order and are non-refundable. A digital mockup is provided for approval before production begins. By approving the mockup, you accept the final design.

4. Shipping
Standard shipping within Finland: 3–5 business days. EU shipping: 5–10 business days. Free shipping on Finnish orders over €100.

5. Returns
Collection items may be returned within 14 days if unworn and in original packaging. Custom orders are final sale. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of NorthEcho. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any designs submitted for custom printing.

7. Liability
NorthEcho is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. We guarantee the quality of our products and will replace or refund defective items.
