Shipping & Returns

We ship to all EU countries. Delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Production time for custom orders is 5–10 business days after design approval. Bulk orders (50+ pieces) may require additional production time. We always confirm delivery dates before production starts.

Collection items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Contact us at northecho.fi@gmail.com to initiate a return. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Custom printed orders are final sale and cannot be returned, as they are produced specifically for you. We always send a digital mockup for approval before production begins.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
