How do I get the 15% off?+
Type STORY15 at checkout. Works on anything in the collection. One use per person — we trust you to keep it fair.
What fabric do you actually use?+
No mystery numbers. Tees: 170–180 gsm cotton. Polos: 190–200 gsm double piqué. Sweats: 250 gsm. Hoodies: 300–320 gsm with brushed inside. Heavy enough to feel real, soft enough to wear all day.
How long does a custom order take?+
Usually 5–10 working days from the moment you approve the mockup. If you need it faster, write to us — sometimes we can move things around.
Is there a minimum order?+
For custom single pieces, no — you can order one. For bulk and business orders, the minimum is 10 pieces.
Can I see what it'll look like before I pay?+
Always. We send you a digital mockup first. Nothing goes into production until you're happy with it. If you're not happy, we change it. Free.
What kind of printing do you do?+
DTF for full-color, detailed prints. Embroidery if you want something more textured and lasting. We'll tell you which one suits your design — it's free advice.
Do you ship outside Finland?+
Yes, anywhere in the EU. Free shipping on orders over €100. Within Finland it's usually 3–5 working days, EU 5–10.
What if I want to return something?+
Collection items can be returned within 14 days, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Custom orders can't be returned because they're made specifically for you — that's why we send the mockup first.
How do I place a custom order?+
Fill in the Custom Order form, or just message us on WhatsApp. Tell us what you want, how many, and your idea. We reply within 24 hours with a price and a mockup.
How do I track my order?+
You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships. If anything looks off or you just want an update, message us on WhatsApp — we'll check it ourselves.
What if something arrives wrong?+
Write to us and tell us what happened. We'll fix it. We check every piece by hand before it ships, but mistakes happen — and when they do, we own them.
